Terms and Conditions
Effective November 7, 2026
By using Girls' Power Win or submitting a visitor signup or contributor application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit information or use the service.
Operators
Girls' Power Win is operated jointly by Gemma Serenity Gorokhoff and Sandy Parker Martinez, acting individually as co-operators (the “Co-Operators”). There is no separate business entity at this time. Mailing address: 1438 W Broadway, Tempe, AZ 85282, USA.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
The service
Girls' Power Win provides a shared discovery page where visitors may select contributors they wish to hear from and contributors may submit a free offer, a paid offer priced from $10 to $99, or both. Placement, traffic, leads, sales, earnings, and continued availability are not guaranteed.
Visitor consent and email
Visitors choose which contributors may receive their name and email. Contributors must use a lead only for the permission granted, provide lawful identification and unsubscribe methods in marketing email, honor opt-out requests, and comply with applicable privacy and marketing laws. Contributors may not sell, trade, or disclose leads to unrelated parties.
Contributor submissions
Contributors represent that their information is accurate; their offers are lawful and not misleading; they own or have permission to use submitted text, trademarks, images, and links; and they can fulfill all advertised promises. By submitting materials, a contributor grants Girls' Power Win a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, format, reproduce, display, promote, and distribute those materials for operating and marketing the circle. The contributor retains ownership.
External offers and transactions
Offer links lead to websites controlled by contributors or other third parties. Girls' Power Win is not the seller, merchant of record, fulfillment provider, or payment processor unless expressly stated. Purchases, refunds, warranties, delivery, taxes, privacy, and disputes concerning an offer are between the visitor and the contributor under that contributor's terms.
Prohibited conduct
Users may not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory, harassing, malicious, or unsafe content; impersonate others; upload malware; scrape or harvest personal information; interfere with the service; evade security; or use leads beyond the permission granted by visitors.
Review and removal
We may approve, reject, edit for formatting, suspend, or remove any contributor, offer, link, or content at our discretion, including for legal, safety, quality, accuracy, or reputational reasons. We may preserve records when reasonably required for security or legal compliance.
Intellectual property
The Girls' Power Win name, site design, original text, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except those needed to use the service under these Terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Girls' Power Win and the Co-Operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities; contributor conduct; third-party offers; or external websites. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Indemnity
Contributors agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Girls' Power Win and the Co-Operators from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from their offers, content, business practices, legal violations, infringement, fulfillment, or misuse of leads.
Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the service and may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms. Terms that should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limits, and indemnity—will survive.
Governing rules
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Exclusive venue for disputes will lie in the state or federal courts serving Maricopa County, Arizona, when legally permitted. Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve it by contacting hello@girlspower.win.
