Girls' Power Win is a collaborative directory and permission-based lead-sharing platform. We share a visitor's contact information only with the contributor or contributors that visitor explicitly selects.
Who we are
Girls' Power Win is operated jointly by Gemma Serenity Gorokhoff and Sandy Parker Martinez, acting individually as co-operators and data controllers; no separate business entity currently operates the service.

Information we collect
- Visitors: first name, email address, selected contributors, consent version, signup time, timezone, IP address, and email-delivery records.
- Contributor applicants: name, email, business information, category, free and paid offer details, links, price, social profile, approximate audience size, uploaded artwork, timezone, IP address, application status, and delivery records.
- Technical data: security and request information produced by Cloudflare when the site is accessed.
How we use information
We use information to record consent; route a visitor's name and email to selected contributors; send confirmations and administrative notices; review contributor applications; operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
How information is shared
- A selected contributor receives the visitor's name, email address, timezone, signup time, and consent record. A visitor's IP address is not sent to contributors.
- Cloudflare provides hosting, database, file storage, security, and network services.
- Resend processes transactional and notification email delivery.
- Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a lawful business transfer.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Legal bases and choices
Where applicable, we process signup and contributor information based on consent, performance of requested services, legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, and legal obligations. Consent may be withdrawn and marketing emails may be unsubscribed from at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Retention
We retain active signup, consent, delivery, and application records only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, dispute prevention, suppression and unsubscribe records, security, and legal compliance. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified.
Security and international processing
We use access controls and Cloudflare security and storage services intended to protect information. No online system is perfectly secure. Cloud providers may process data in countries other than the visitor's country, subject to their applicable safeguards.
Your privacy rights
Depending on location, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of sale or sharing; and receive equal service for exercising privacy rights. Requests may be sent to hello@girlspower.win. We may verify identity before acting. Individuals may also complain to their local data-protection authority.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking. Cloudflare may use essential security technologies and process request data needed to deliver and protect the site.
Children
The service is intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us to request deletion if a child submitted information.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
